Your browser's cache contains files located in a temporary folder in your system. This allows your system to work more efficiently by simply reading the cache locally rather than loading the data again. Because of this, you may experience issues with the game if your cache is not cleaned properly, usually after a game update. The cache files become outdated and cause a conflict.<br><br>Fortunately, clearing your cache only takes a few seconds! Select your browser and follow the instructions.
Cache is basically "RAM," or Random Access Memory that is set aside as a continually updated specialized buffer storage (usually in the form of a "temporary folder"), which is used to optimize data transfers between system elements with different characteristics. It is perfectly safe to delete your cache and very beneficial to do so, as it rids your computer of outdated data remnants.<br><br>For this reason, you may find that problems you may experience with EpicDuel ''after'' game updates are often fixed by deleting your cache, so it is advisable to do so after every release.

Your browser's cache contains files located in a temporary folder in your system. This allows your system to work more efficiently by simply reading the cache locally rather than loading the data again. Because of this, you may experience issues with the game if your cache is not cleaned properly, usually after a game update. The cache files become outdated and cause a conflict.

Fortunately, clearing your cache only takes a few seconds! Select your browser and follow the instructions.

  1. On your keyboard, click Ctrl + Shift + Del for Windows or ⌘ + Shift + Del on OS X.
  2. Select Cached images and files.
  3. Set Obliterate the following items from: the beginning of time.
  4. Click Clear browsing data.


Long Method

  2. Go to Settings > History.
  3. Click Clear browsing data...
  4. Select Cached images and files.
