The Council is interested in obtaining the DNA of a certain-"Tech Mage" I believe you call them-- known as Caden. I understand this being is quite powerful so obtaining a sample directly would be extremely dangerous. I would not expect you risk your life for a mere curiosity. I know a sample must be contained somewhere safer.
