Forms Index

This is an index of all the forms that are available for use on the wiki. They are an alternative method of editing and creating pages that makes contributing to the wiki much easier. Please be sure to read important notes (highlighted in red) for various specific forms.

Forms for Content Pages

Achievement Form

To create or edit an achievement page using this method of filling in a form, enter the achievement name below. If a page with that name already exists, you will be sent to a form to edit that page.

 

Armor Form

To create or edit an armor page using this method of filling in a form, enter the armor name below. If a page with that name already exists, you will be sent to a form to edit that page.

IMPORTANT: Enter the exact name of the armor, as displayed in-game, along with the level in brackets. For example, one would enter Seraph Armor E M (Level 28) rather than simply Seraph Armor.

 

Area Form

To create or edit an area page using this method of filling in a form, enter the area name below. If a page with that name already exists, you will be sent to a form to edit that page.

 

Event Form

To create or edit an event page using this method of filling in a form, enter the event name below. If a page with that name already exists, you will be sent to a form to edit that page.

IMPORTANT: Enter the event name in the blank box with the "Event:" prefix. For example, one would enter Event:DragonCon 2010 rather than simply DragonCon.

 

House Form

To create or edit a house page using this method of filling in a form, enter the house name below. If a page with that name already exists, you will be sent to a form to edit that page.

 

Hoverbike/Vehicle Form

To create or edit a hoverbike/vehicle page using this method of filling in a form, enter the hoverbike/vehicle name below. If a page with that name already exists, you will be sent to a form to edit that page.

 

Item Form

To create or edit an item page using this method of filling in a form, enter the item name below. If a page with that name already exists, you will be sent to a form to edit that page.

 

Meta-Armor Form

To create or edit a meta-armor page using this method of filling in a form, enter the meta-armor name below. If a page with that name already exists, you will be sent to a form to edit that page.

 

Mission Form

To create or edit a mission page using this method of filling in a form, enter the mission name below. If a page with that name already exists, you will be sent to a form to edit that page.

 

NPC Form

To create or edit a NPC page using this method of filling in a form, enter the NPC name below. If a page with that name already exists, you will be sent to a form to edit that page.

 

Robot Form

To create or edit a robot page using this method of filling in a form, enter the robot name below. If a page with that name already exists, you will be sent to a form to edit that page.

 

Shop Form

To create or edit a shop page using this method of filling in a form, enter the shop name below. If a page with that name already exists, you will be sent to a form to edit that page.

 

Weapon Form

To create or edit a regular weapon page using this method of filling in a form, enter the weapon name below. If a page with that name already exists, you will be sent to a form to edit that page.

 

Forms for Clan and User Pages

Faction (Exile) Form

To create or edit a faction page using this method of filling in a form, enter the page name below. If a page with that name already exists, you will be sent to a form to edit that page.

IMPORTANT: Enter your faction name in the blank box with the "Faction:" prefix. For example, one would enter Faction:Eternal Paradise rather than simply Eternal Paradise.

 

Faction (Legion) Form

To create or edit a faction page using this method of filling in a form, enter the page name below. If a page with that name already exists, you will be sent to a form to edit that page.

IMPORTANT: Enter your faction name in the blank box with the "Faction:" prefix. For example, one would enter Faction:Eternal Paradise rather than simply Eternal Paradise.

 

User2 Form

To create or edit a user page using this method of filling in a form, enter the page name below. If a page with that name already exists, you will be sent to a form to edit that page.

IMPORTANT: Enter your wiki username in the blank box with the "User:" prefix. For example, one would enter User:White Tiger rather than simply White Tiger.
