	Before Completion The West Naval Yard has plenty of radioactive waste and spent fuel cells for me to get started on a power supply. Defeat Gamma Guard 10 times to make sure he doesn't harass you while you collect the nuclear fuel goo! Don't worry, you'll be perfectly safe!
