Image Gallery - Armors

Hey, I saw your layout for the Hunter Armors. It looks nice, but you missed two Armors (Basic & Classic). I have added them in for you.

A lot of the armors are missing rare tags and all varium tags should be removed. You should have also added the new armors. Feel free to alphabetize the rest of the image directories, just make sure that all of them have proper tags and that you don't forget to list any of the armors.

The missions listing is fine as it is. Not all missions have a class requirement so the alphabetical listing would be better. Adding new forms of listing may be something that can be considered for later on, not a priority anytime soon though.

RE: Skill Cores

Hey,

I have already edited the main skill cores page with multiple categories, so you can create those pages. A war objective page can also be created in a similar structure to the previous capture point page. Do not add any notes specifying the number of war objectives in a subarea like it was done with capture points though.

Dread Plains Influence

The requirement for the achievement is 200 influence. The description on Dread Plains Influence achievement changes depending on the amount of influence that you have. Please do not make any more changes to Dread Plains Influence page.

It also may not show up on your in-game achievements page when you hit 200 (if you're keeping track) and may require a relog, but will always update on your character page immediately at 200.

Hey,

I have stated to you on February 15, 2013 that you should NOT start on a new task not previously permitted by staff members, and especially not on that's in the staff-only section of the to-do list. If you wanted to get approval, I stated that you had to "use pastebin to show us your sample code". The key word in that sentence is pastebin. The point of using that website is so that you don't create sample pages on the wiki (which may or may not even be approved) for other players to find and use.

Also, I do not know why you also added "Arcade" as a location for the arcade prizes, because you should have also gotten permission for that too. Just like how "PvP Drops" are from PvP battles, "Arcade Prizes" are from the arcade and that is how I want it to be listed. EDIT: I missed this when I first wrote this message, but I noticed now that the "Add locations to the arcade prizes" is listed as a staff-only task on the to-do list so you should not have even started on it in the first place.

Additionally, the achievement images you have uploaded have been deleted. If you are unable to edit the image properly, upload it to an external image sharing website and send it to a wiki staff member.

RE: Class Page

Hey,

You still have not understood what pastebin is. If you have a code to share to a staff member on the wiki, you need to visit www.pastebin.com. In the box under "New Paste" you will paste your code and then you need to click the submit button. It will give you a link to that paste and you will need to give that link (eg. http://pastebin.com/YneUxyRb) which you will then share with the staff member. The point of using pastebin is so that test codes are done externally and not on any page of the wiki.

As for your suggestion, the class page is fine currently and does not need to be changed.

Skill Pages

Hey,

Please do not create any other skill pages. While some skills may not improve with anything, most skills do. As these are new skills, we do not have sufficient concrete evidence or data to create these pages, until a member of the ED Team is able to provide all that information. A wiki is meant to be factual so you must assume that every possible scenario exists, unless there is indisputable evidence otherwise. I would rather not have a page up than to have a player go to a partially accurate page and coming out of it expecting to know everything.

I would also like to add that these skill page creations are listed in the staff section of the to-do list. It's not placed there as a recommendation but to tell users not to create those pages. Additionally, on the template page it also specifies that it is meant to be used by ED Wiki Staff only. If I see something like this occurring in the future, I will be deleting the pages on sight.

For skills that are available for one or more classes, you will also need to provide evidence that the skill does not change (eg. increases with, starting damage, requirements, etc...) depending on the class. I have created a new character so I verified for Bounty Hunters that at level 1 the information is correct, but there is still no evidence provided for Shadow Arts on Cyber Hunters or Mark of Blood on Blood Mages. Additionally, the image range given for Fire Scythe is insufficient as it is only level 2 to 10.
