This should not need to be said even after SMGS's new announcement, but your mission pages are still not even close to meeting our expectations: title not properly capitalized, no location links, missing before and after text for some, etc... While I delete every page from my phone, please go back to a properly made mission page, copy the source code of the page and edit from there. There should be no blanks when you are done and ready to save.

Although the information in that thread may be accurate, it is not a reliable source. By glancing at the leader boards for some of the objectives, I can also see that there is a very unlikely chance that someone has already unlocked the tier above lieutenant and thus has also determined its rating point value. For that reason, I have reverted your latter edit. Speculation of any kind is not accepted here (regardless of how accurate it may turn out to be) as players rely on the wiki as a source of accurate information. The rating point value can only be added once someone has unlocked it so that a tester is allowed to confirm it or a screenshot of the achievement can be taken
