	Purchased the Golden Omega Ticket between 12/20/2012 - 2/5/2013.
	Location:	On February 11, 2013, this achievement was awarded to all characters who purchased a 10,000 AP package on their account between 12/20/2012 and 2/5/2013.
	Notes
	Since the Omega Ticket became sellable after the Golden Yeti Tournament ended, there was no way track who owned it, so this was the only way to "turn" it into an achievement to be consistent with the other Tournament tickets that are achievements.
