Balance Changes

• Cyber Hunter:
  • Neural Scythe: Instead of scaling damage per level, it now ignores defense based on skill level, similar to Fire Scythe.
  • Proton Cannon: Improves with Technology instead of Support.
  • Adaptive Offense: Improves with Support instead of Dexterity.
• Tactical Mercenary:
  • Reroute: Replaced with Battery Backup.
• Cores:
  • Naval Bombardment (Bot): Removed use limit.
  • Minor Hammer Grenade P / E: Duration reduced to 2 turns.
  • FrostBite: Increased cost to 90 from 60.
  • Frost Shards: Increased cost to 120 from 90.
  • Titan's Shroud: Duration reduced to 3 turns from 4. 25% damage reduction/deflection.
  • Sea King's Corruption: 100% damage. Heal reduction reduced to 35% from 45%.

Other Changes

• Login UI has an updated look.
• NPCs can now use buffs like Defense Matrix and Energy Shield. Some NPCs also had some new skills added.
• New NPC Simulation Battle Mode:
  • Starts a random 1v1, 2v2, or Juggernaut battle against NPCs.
  • Has a chance to drop coupons for free class change, retrain, or gear upgrade/retrain. Coupons can drop from other battle modes, but NPC Sim has the highest chance.
  • Cannot drop War items or other PvP Drops. Does not count toward your battle record.
• Daily Team Champion is now awarded to the top two daily 2v2 players in the case of a tie.
• Hairstyles 420-422 added.
