	Before Completion "Isla Grier?" You must be from that bureaucrat. Yeah, I'll give you the money. The last thing I need is for the popo to find out that my hoverbikes ain't street legal. But you gotta do something for me. The saltwater's doing a number on my board, and some surf wax would keep it working condition for few more waves. Bring me 5 canisters of surf wax from Naomi and I'll give you the bread.
