Does not consume Rage unless used with full Rage. Reduces target's Rage by 95%. Requirements Item: Primary Weapons Energy: 85 Energy Location: Claim the Level 44 prize in the Basic or Enhanced Battlepass for Sanguine Showcase. Notes: This item cannot be sold.
