Form:User2

This is the form for Template:User2. This template is used as an alternative to Template:User to create user pages on the wiki.
To create a page with this form, enter the page name below; if a page with that name already exists, you will be sent to a form to edit that page.

IMPORTANT: Enter your wiki username in the blank box with the "User:" prefix. For example, one would enter User:White Tiger rather than simply White Tiger.
