Please see this video for a tutorial on how to crop an image to 150x150 pixels, which is the standard for a majority of images. For other images, use the same concept/algorithm used in the video and modify the crop size. You will need a proper cropping program and programs such as Paint, Paint.NET, GIMP, etc.. will not allow you to accurately crop easily. I suggest you also take a look at the image upload requirements and then change your computer/game settings to fit that.

Also, when posting on talk pages do not use the edit button. There is a button labelled "Add Topic" right beside it and that should be used when leaving messages for others.
