How you find out the skill level is you find out how much energy is used when the NPC used that skill. For example, if Big Tuna used 32 energy for Multi, then she would have rank 10 multi because a BH's multi costs 32 energy to use at rank 10. How you find out an NPC's attack is you would subtract your defense by the amount of damage you took. Note, this does not work if an NPC hits 3-6. To find out an NPC's defense, it's about the same as finding out a NPC's attack. You would subtract how much dmg you did, by how much your base dmg is, including focus.
