Bug Fixes

• Color Blast now applies to all melee attacks instead of just normal Strike and normal Gun and Auxiliary attacks. This was how the skill was originally designed to function.
• Fixed multi-target attacks bypassing damage reduction effects when hitting multiple targets.
• Fixed ally linking trying to join Juggernaut rooms.
