  • Plasma Grenade now has a Dexterity requirement starting at 15 and increasing by 2 per level with a max of 33
  • Gene Augment now has a Dexterity requirement instead of Support
• Revitalization now heals for a max of 1700 health. Legendary caps can increase this cap and the core can be impacted by healing reduction cores like Hatchling Rush and Shell Shocker
• Tranquility now has a max healing of 650 health instead of 500
