Balance Changes

  • Tactical Mercenary
    • Adrenaline Rush: Active -> Passive. Increases Rage Gain by 8-35% (increases by 3% per level). Additional effect: Flat 15% Reroute.
    • Battery Backup replaced with Concentration: Recovers energy and applies an effect that reduces your chance to be blocked, deflected, and critted by 50%.
    • Frenzy: Recovers HP based on % of damage dealt and reduces your opponent's energy by 25% of damage dealt.
  • Bounty Hunter
    • Shadow Arts: Max lowered to 10%. Now also boosts primary damage and gives damage reduction.
  • Cores

Other Changes

  • All Seasonal Rare gear has returned to shops for the remainder of the month.
  • NPCs challenge battles now reward more Credits and Experience.
  • Pandora Unchained E and P have been changed from Ultra-Rare to Rare and are now sellable.
