  • Plasma Rain [PR] now scales with dex and Super Charge [SC] now scales with tech. These changes have slowed down the caster builds slightly but 2v2 is still filled with them, their builds are all pretty much the same as before.
  • Neither Plasma Bolt [PB] nor SC have stat requirements, allowing players to stack tech and do major damage, with bonus health rejuvenation. 107 tech boosts max PB to 75 dmg and max SC to 76-84 dmg [at level 34]
  • Another advantage gained by high tech builds is deflections. Combined with Deadly Aim [DA] and enough support to meet the requirements, they can hit with unblockables at will. I still believe the strength requirement should be returned to PB, and a dex requirement put onto SC, like the one on Mercenary's Surgical Strike.
  • 1v1: Need to do more battles to see how Tech Mages are handling the changes.
  • 2v2: Still filled with Caster builds that don't use Malfunction [MF], just maxed PB, PR and/or Overload [OL].
