Balance Changes

• Blood Mage:
  • Fireball now has a Dexterity requirement, costs 90 energy at level 1, improves with Dexterity and has a debuff that reduces Defense and Resistance by 15%
  • Blood Instinct replaces Blood Mage Reflex Boost and it increases Dexterity with a cost of 90 health
• Bounty Hunter:
  • Static Grenade now inflicts 50% primary damage, drains energy and absorbs 90% of it
• Tactical Mercenary:
  • Frenzy now has a 2-turn warmup and a cost of 50 energy at all levels; stun chance lowered to 20%
  • Barbed Grenade now improves with every 0.4 Support instead of of 0.35 and costs 20 more energy
• Cyber Hunter and Tactical Mercenary:
  • Field Medic now has a 4-turn cooldown for these 2 classes
• Support weight has been increased for first strike
